If you need assistance setting up your home, we can only support people referred by a member Welfare Agency or program OR one of our 22 member Rotary Clubs. Please check the logos on our homepage to see our major referral partners and contact one directly for help.

There is a modest membership fee levied annually, based on the number of orders you place. Your Case Managers are taken through a short, online Induction to understand who we are, what we do and how to order for your clients in need.

We invite you to bring your clients to the warehouse to select their major items and then we organise delivery at a date/time that suits. Delivery is at the agency or clients’ cost but is very competitive and will be organised to best suit our respective needs. These are our current delivery costs.
